When we first decided to sell our home, we interviewed a number of agents. After listening to the presentation of Sam from deVille, we realised that there was no comparison between deVille and all of the other agencies. On appraising our house, Sam realized the effort and value of what we had put into our heart and souls into. We have over the past 20 years bought and sold a handful of houses with various other so called reputable Real Estate Agencies but none have come up to the level of DeVille Estate Agency and namely the Managing Director Sam Khalil.
We'd had many promises and heard many stories of how well (their words) other agencies have done in not only the Australian but also New Zealand property markets, but we were on several occasions let down by the same old story of "well that's the market at the moment" or "let's see what potential buyers tell us" etc.
We asked Sam to come to us after we had seen a couple of properties in our local area, that were originally advertised with other agents for some time but not sold, yet under DeVille had within days.
