" best I have seen ever! "
Deville give us spectacular service. We recently had them mange the re-lease of our prorerty and the level of detail in following up the previous tennants for leaving the property in the right condition was very good. The speed and efficiency that they arrange for all the necessary repairs and espeically the network of tradesman they have for ocmetitive quotes is outstanding. But the best part for me was the documented property inspection report for the new lease - it clearly documents the entire state of the property which means it wil be clear for us and the tenants at the next change - best I have seen ever!!
" most impressive businesses I have dealt with "
Highly recommend!!!. Danielle and Rheannan have been managing our rental property for the past couple of years. Enquiries and repairs are dealt with promptly and professionally, even after hours. Nothing is too much trouble. Danielle even went out of her way to deal with our insurance company on our behalf to successfully resolve an incorrectly disputed claim. One of the most impressive businesses I have dealt with in my 40 years experience.
" best property manager ever "
I have known Danielle since I bought this investment property. She has been the best property manager ever! I am so appreciated her great and efficient service.
" provided impeccable service "
Danielle has been managing my property portfolio for many years. She has always been proactive, on the front foot and has provided impeccable service especially dealing with my difficult tenants. My portfolio is in great hands and I would highly recommend Danielle.
