Danielle has been the managing agent for my investment property in the Ponds for over a year now. As I now live in Germany, it has been such a pleasure to work with Danielle who has always been so helpful, efficient, responsive to emails which is comforting when living abroad. I always knew our property was in good hands and issues were always resolved promptly. We also had a whatsapp group set up when we were trying to lease the property which gave me real time updates and I could react immediately. My statements were always timely and I could access everything on their online portal. Inspections were always thorough with pictures in the portal so I could see and any issues always followed up on. I've had bad experiences in the past with Starr Partners (Blacktown and Kellyville offices) and when we switched to Deville, I can honestly say, I've never had such great service and I would highly recommend Deville Estate to anyone.
