Prior to listting our property, we spoke to prospective agents to see who would be best suited to selling our home. Our initial meeting was with Sam. Sam presented us with a sales package, and offered a clear stratergy of how he was going to market the property. He was professional, enthusiastic and determined to sell our house. He was knowledgeable about the property market, and had researched our local area. We then interviewed another agent who simply turned up with a pen and a piece of paper. This agent downplayed the market, and suggested a lower price than deVille. He did not have a sales strategy and we had to promp him for any information. There was simply not choice of who was going to sell our home. We knew we didn't have to go for a local agent, because we were confident with our choice of deVille at Castle Hill.
Sam or one of his team were always available to us. We had our first open home, and within one week, our house was under contract for the price we wanted. Sam negotiated in our interests without us having to be too involved in the stress of the process.
Selling outside our local area opened up a whole new market to us, and we could not have asked for better service from deVille. We would certainly recommend deVille to anyone selling their home, no matter where their home is.
