My husband and I would like to express our since appreciation to Sam Khalil and his entire team at deVille Estate Agency.
We had our house on the market nine months prior to signing with deVille, and to say the least, our previous real estate agent didn't show us half the interest or commitment that Sam did.
When my husband and i were considering putting our house on the market for a second time in twelve months, Sam and his team came to us with a unique and special approach. We were a little hesitant as we had such a negative experience with our previous real estate agent. But we were over the moon that we trusted Sam and his professional team, because our house was on the market a mere 45 minutes and by 5pm that same day, not only did we have an incredible offer - but it was $30,000 more then we expected.
We would highly recommend deVille Estate Agency and their individual style to anyone considering entering the market. The team is great and you will get the results they promise - it doesn't get much better than that.
To anyone thinking of selling a property,
We first came across deVille when we viewed a property a few years ago. Immediately we were impressed by their friendly and professional manner and so when a few years later it came to us wanting to sell our property, we asked them to come out and have a look to see what they though.
We had 4 agents look at our property, 2 of which we ok but we did not find them to be in the same league as deVille and another who were cheap but just seemed to want a very quick and easy sale, which they would no doubt have got had we accepted their appraisal which turned out to be $45,000 less than what we actually got thanks to the team at deVille.
We have found the whole team at deVille to be exactly what we were hoping they would be - knowlagable, interested, very professional, informative, easy to talk to and not at all in your face, pushy or in the slightest bit patronising which we found some other agents to be. They were also very considerate of the fact that we have a 4 year old and 10 month old twins so they never arranged viewing timed that would be difficult for us.
Our home was different to other int he area as it had a larger block but not as large a house as come others on the street and area, but the marketing strategy put together was obviously well thought out and in the end the results spoke for themselves as it took a very short time of 4 weeks for our property to sell. deVille worked hard negotiating for us and we received a great price because of their dedication!
We would highly recomend deVille to anyone wanting to sell their property. They made the whole process very easy for us and got us a fantastic result!
I am writing this letter to express how pleased I am with the exceptional job Sam and his team did for the sale of my home. The sale happened within one month and we could not be happier with the price they achieved. It was very refreshing to experience deVille’s approach to real estate.
Sam and his team at deVille made sure my entire selling experience was as stress free as possible. They kept me updated and informed the whole way, with numerous phones calls and Open for inspection reports to give me plenty of feedback on the interest surrounding my property. I felt at ease knowing that the sale of my property was being looked after by a team that truly cared and who had so much time to give to each of their clients like myself.
In the end, it was Sam from deVille who found the right buyer for our property and he achieved $50,000 more than the price originally appraised for our property. We were over the moon with the price Sam achieved for us – an exceptional price in an exceptional time frame.
I was very impressed with the number of potential buyers that showed each Saturday as well as the number of private inspections Sam’s team arranged for and I am sure it was in response to the effective job deVille did on marketing my property, in turn developing a huge amount of interest which got us the right price in the end.
I will certainly be giving Sam a call when we decide to buy or sell again in the future because I don’t think Ive seen a more professional, genuinely caring and hard working team of real estate agents and I know they can achieve amazing results, exceeding our wildest of expectations.
